Good value. Free shuttle service
Location to airport and they provide free shuttle. The place has a pool which is a plus for me.
I stayed there a few weeks before this review and the room was fantastic, this time the room was a little dated. There was no lift either to the top floor. I think, but do not know, there is a new wing hotel and old wing. Speculation. New wing nice old wing dated. Having said this, the room was a good value. I will stay there again.

Late airport arrival?
Clean room and comfortable bed with free airport pickup, close to airport. Perfect for 1 night if your flight gets in late. Staff were helpful and breakfast passable. In a quieter side street of south kuta with a lovely pool.
Breakfast could be better for the room price.

The pool and dining area were very good. Just like the pictures
The towels were the worse. For real don't give me towels if they're gonna be that old and broken. The pool towels were so much better. The room had a lack of maintenance
